Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise insurance platforms using Guidewire PolicyCenter.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter and manage integrations with ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Producer Engage.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, version upgrades to Guidewire 10+, and transitions from on-premise to cloud.
• Drive adoption of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and digital products including Jutro, APIs, and mobility solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for Guidewire configuration, customization, and integration.
• Provide technical leadership for data migration, reporting, analytics, and mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture.
• 10+ years of experience specifically in Guidewire implementations.
• Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire product models, rules engines, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, and PCF files.
• Expertise in Software Architecture and full-suite Guidewire implementations.
• Experience with ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and GWCP.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Guidewire certifications in ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or DataHub.
