Description

You will lead Guidewire Policy Center implementations and manage on-premise to cloud migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Policy Center and Rating Engine configuration for implementation projects.
• Execute on-premise to cloud migrations, ensuring seamless transition of applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain code using Gosu and Java within the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Support testing, deployment, and code reviews for new products, features, and database integrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives, compliance standards, and timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementation.
• Strong command of Gosu, Java, Webservices, SOA, and Tomcat.
• Experience with Guidewire Rating Engine, Activity Assignment, and Rules Framework.
• Knowledge of Plug-ins, Messaging, API development, and Workflows.
• Proficiency in Property & Casualty Insurance domain concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in Guidewire on-premise to cloud migration projects.
