Description

You will lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center solutions. You translate business requirements into system configurations, manage data migrations, and ensure seamless integrations. Your role involves overseeing claim management workflows, conducting rigorous system testing, and providing technical support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center configurations.
• Execute system configurations, data migrations, and integrations to support core policy administration processes.
• Implement and manage claim management functionalities, including custom workflows and business rules within Claim Center.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain operational stability and performance.
• Deliver user training and technical support to ensure effective adoption of Guidewire platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center modules.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration and claim management processes.
• Proven ability to customize and configure Guidewire applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and end-to-end testing within Guidewire ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.
• Ability to stay current with Guidewire feature updates and recommend relevant enhancements.
