Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable insurance solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter v10, overseeing technical delivery and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs within the PolicyCenter framework.
• Oversee product modeling, technical design, and configuration for new product rollouts.
• Customize user interfaces, workflows, and business rules using Guidewire Studio.
• Manage application configurations, software upgrades, and release processes.
• Lead onshore and offshore development teams and provide technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or senior development roles.
• Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter v10.
• Proficiency with Guidewire Studio for workflow and business rule customization.
• Experience managing coding branches and development environments.
• Hands-on experience with TFS for project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and product modeling.
• Experience coordinating with QA, Project Management, and Analysis teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
