Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter, driving solution design and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation by defining requirements, solution architecture, and implementation strategies for PolicyCenter.
• Develop architecture roadmaps to align Guidewire solutions with business objectives and multi-country requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.
• Oversee implementation phases to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and best practices.
• Drive digital enablement through self-service portals, mobile integration, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Deep expertise in Personal Lines including Auto, Home, and Umbrella.
• Proven experience with large-scale, multi-phased Guidewire implementations.
• Proficiency in Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and digital enablement technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and cloud-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of policy lifecycle management and insurance domain best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Certified Specialist (PolicyCenter or ACE certification).
• Agile or PMP certifications.
