Description

You will own the configuration and development of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions within an Agile lifecycle. Your work ensures timely delivery of high-quality configuration components and drives technical leadership across the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure PolicyCenter components including GOsu, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity, and Product Model.
• Design configuration solutions through Proof of Concepts and detailed documentation such as field mapping and data model definitions.
• Execute unit and functional testing for configuration solutions using GUnit and Mockito.
• Lead a team of developers to manage velocity and ensure timely delivery of configuration user stories.
• Identify and develop reusable frameworks and configuration components for use across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Expertise in GOsu, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity, and Product Model development.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Transactions, Job Configuration, Product Modelling, Rating Management, and Reinsurance Management.
• Proficiency in PolicyCenter administration, including Account Management, Contacts, Locations, User Management, and Producer Management.
• Experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, and version control tools such as GIT, Subversion, or TFS.
• Knowledge of application servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Experience with database servers such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB.
