Description

You will deliver technical expertise for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations within an Agile or SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical tasks including estimation, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Execute hands-on work within configuration, integration, or conversion streams.
• Develop and maintain the Guidewire platform using Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model components.
• Manage code and version control using SCM tools like GIT, TFS, or SVN.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire product (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
• Minimum of two full Guidewire implementations completed.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model.
• Experience with Web Services, XML, and ant script.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases and SQL.
• Experience with application servers or containers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or WebSphere.
• Practical experience with SCM tools including GIT, TFS, or SVN.
• Background working in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.
• Insurance domain knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Spring, or Hibernate.
