Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
Implement Guidewire configurations, integrations, and customizations to support business requirements.
Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
Support CI/CD initiatives, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
10+ years of experience in IT application development.
4–6+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (v9.0 or higher).
Strong experience in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
Expertise in RESTful and SOAP Web Services.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and/or NoSQL technologies.
Experience with application monitoring and performance analysis tools such as AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Experience working with Jenkins, JUnit, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
Experience in application performance tuning and optimization.
Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud implementations and modern integration frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
