Description

You will lead the development and post-implementation ownership of Guidewire PolicyCenter products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onshore and offshore development teams through full-scale commercial policy product implementations.
  • Manage DevOps processes including builds, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Drive application partitioning and optimization to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Execute data migration strategies and manage Guidewire Renewal API integrations.
  • Oversee ALM best practices for code versioning, integration, and release management.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.
  • Experience as a Technical Lead on at least three full-scale commercial policy product implementations.
  • 8+ years managing onshore and offshore development teams for Guidewire implementations.
  • 10+ years of Java development experience.
  • Expertise in Guidewire APIs, Product Designer, GX Model, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire Rating engine and configurations.
  • Proficiency in secure software development and Guidewire-specific architectural standards.
  • Experience with Agile SCRUM using tools such as TFS, Rally, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire application partitioning and optimization.

Preferred Skills

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter certification.
