Description

You will design, develop, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, managing scope, estimates, and delivery schedules while guiding the team on technical integration and code standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions using Gosu programming language and Guidewire Studio.
• Customize PolicyCenter functionality to meet specific insurance requirements.
• Review team code and designs to ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Guide the team on technical integration and delivery practices.
• Manage project scope, estimate work effort, and track delivery schedules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in insurance software development.
• Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and configuration.
• Strong command of Gosu programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio.
• Guidewire ACE Certification (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims insurance domains.
• Experience utilizing Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to clearly communicate with onsite, offshore teams, and clients.
