Description

You will develop and manage integrations between GuideWire PolicyCenter and external systems, exposing functionality for account, policy, and user management via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST APIs and web services using the GuideWire EDGE Layer.
• Build transactional, account, and user-management integrations.
• Manage integration concepts including batch processing, message queues, and event processing.
• Deepen understanding of reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Navigate technical ambiguity to lead teams toward functional solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of GuideWire PolicyCenter integration development experience.
• 6+ years of web-based Java/J2EE or .NET application development.
• Strong experience with GuideWire Edge APIs and web service hosting/consumption.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with source control tools such as GIT or TFS.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tooling including TFS, Rally, or JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Commercial P&C insurance.
• Expertise in GuideWire Product Designers, GX Models, and Product Model development.
