Description

You will lead functional workstreams for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, managing Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to deliver end-to-end solutioning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solutioning across PolicyCenter modules, establishing delivery standards and best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and translate them into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Manage a distributed team of analysts, mentoring junior staff and driving knowledge transfer.
• Oversee Agile delivery, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint demonstrations.
• Review and approve test scenarios for SIT and UAT, ensuring requirements traceability and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Insurance with 7+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end PolicyCenter implementations.
• Deep expertise in Policy Administration, Underwriting, Product Modeling, Rating, and Agency Management.
• Strong background in Business Analysis, process modeling, and functional requirements management.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe delivery environments and leading distributed onshore-offshore teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire PolicyCenter ACE Certification or experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Commercial/Personal Lines products.
• Familiarity with ISO bureau content, regulatory requirements, and data migration programs.
