Description

Lead functional workstreams for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and requirements gathering for Guidewire PolicyCenter, defining user stories and process documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to align functional solutions with business objectives and P&C insurance processes.
• Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production readiness verification.
• Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of end-to-end implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience in IT or insurance technology solutions.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• 7+ years of specific experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and enhancement.
• Deep understanding of Policy Administration processes: New Business, Policy Changes, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Underwriting, and Rating.
• Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Ability to lead and coordinate distributed onshore and offshore teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire PolicyCenter certification(s).
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.
• SAFe, Agile, or related professional certifications.
