You will lead Guidewire BillingCenter implementations, state rollouts, and technical direction for onsite and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Guidewire BillingCenter features, including billing methods, invoice structures, delinquency workflows, and cancellation/reinstatement logic.
• Manage release configurations, integrations, and technical feasibility assessments for new features.
• Resolve production incidents and defects by coordinating with offshore teams, integration owners, and service providers.
• Review offshore development work for PCF configuration, business rules, and data models to ensure quality.
• Communicate team status and technical challenges to management while providing direct technical support for BillingCenter in production.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter modules and end-to-end implementation.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration and Integration using Gosu, including APIs, methods, rules, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or DB2 databases.
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms using Web Services (SOAP, XML, WSDL, REST).
• Familiarity with application servers such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or JBoss.
• Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like SVN.

• Experience working directly with customers and managing dynamic priorities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
