Lead technical teams through the implementation and architecture of Guidewire PolicyCenter, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams to guide organizational direction and implementation strategy.
• Oversee Guidewire product architecture and integration across PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Monitor and tune system performance to ensure stability.
• Manage project planning, estimation, and execution within an Agile methodology.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through hands-on development.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire Product Architecture and Data Model.
• Proficiency in Gosu and Core Java.
• Experience with J2EE and Web services.
• Hands-on experience with JMS and OOTB Plug-ins.
• Expertise in all Guidewire Ruleset Categories.
• Functional understanding of policy administration and claims handling.
• Experience configuring Weblogic or Websphere.
• Guidewire Technical Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter integrations.
