Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations with Billing, Claims, CRM, payments, and third-party services.
• Analyze requirements and propose scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
• Manage integration projects end-to-end, including estimation, planning, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Guidewire integration development.
• Strong expertise with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Hands-on experience with GOSU, APIs, Plugins, Messaging, and Web Services.
• Proven ability to design complex integration architectures.
• Experience leading technical teams or integration initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
