Description

Own end-to-end functional and integration testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design comprehensive test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end (SIT) testing across the full policy lifecycle.
• Validate rating, underwriting rules, pricing logic, documents, and policy transactions.
• Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, Zephyr, or ALM/Octane.
• Support test data creation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Hands-on testing experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Deep understanding of policy lifecycle, rating engines, underwriting, forms, and documents.
• Proficiency with integration testing and external APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ALM).

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire InsuranceSuite or PolicyCenter certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations or test automation (Selenium/Tosca).
