Description

Lead technical implementation and support for Guidewire PolicyCenter, coordinating between onsite requirements and offshore development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development for releases, including PCF configuration, business rules, and data model creation.
• Lead technical delivery and mentor junior Guidewire associates.
• Manage production incidents and coordinate with integration owners to maintain application stability.
• Review offshore development work and communicate team status to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter modules.
• Proven experience with one complete end-to-end implementation and state rollouts.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Gosu, APIs, methods, rules, and processes.
• Experience in Guidewire configuration, integration, and PCF changes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java and J2EE application containers.
• Experience with SQL Server or DB2 databases.
• Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or WebSphere.
• Ability to integrate with 3rd party platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state-specific forms and rating business rules.
