Description

Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter functional strategy, implementation lifecycle, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business objectives and needs.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and story cards for PolicyCenter configuration.
• Conduct product gap analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and OOTB alignment.
• Collaborate with development teams and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the Guidewire platform.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations from inception through post-production support.
• 10+ years of experience working on Insurance projects.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Personal Property, Personal Auto, or Personal Umbrella lines of business.
• Technical proficiency with Guidewire, PolicyCenter (PC), JMS, SOAP, and REST.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire cloud certification(s).
