You will manage and lead Enterprise Guidewire projects from inception through successful delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of large-scale Strategic Data Transformation Programs from start to finish.
• Lead proposal development, including cost estimation, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively mitigating them to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce product data ownership, quality, and stewardship.
• Facilitate executive decisions related to enterprise product data governance, process mapping, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Program Project Manager managing complex, multi-year programs with budgets exceeding $10MM.
• Proven background in the Insurance Financial sector.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Experience managing 2 to 3 end-to-end Guidewire implementations, including at least one in the Government sector.
• Proficiency with data collection, correlation, and analysis techniques.
• Expertise in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Experience collaborating with Enterprise Data Architecture to ensure compliance with data principles.
• Proficiency in at least one of: SAS, IBM Informatica, Microsoft, AWS, or Qlik.
• Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.
