Description

You will validate data migration initiatives for Guidewire Cloud customers to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual testing strategies to validate migration success.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Guidewire applications.
• Conduct system integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between migrated data and external systems.
• Utilize SQL and XML to troubleshoot and validate data migration issues.
• Identify and manage migration risks using heat mapping and risk-based testing methodologies.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of testing experience within the insurance domain.
• Mandatory Guidewire Certification.
• Proficiency in SQL and XML for data validation.
• Experience with end-to-end test planning and building test suites from scratch.
• Knowledge of RESTful API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Experience with JavaScript-based UI automation frameworks like TestCafe.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using JIRA, Rally, or TFS.
• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
• Experience writing and reviewing requirements and performing business analysis.
