Description

Lead QA strategy and execution for large-scale Tier-1 P&C insurance programs involving SaaS product implementations. You will own the test architecture and act as the technical partner to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise test strategies and architecture solutions for large programs.
• Present technical documents and solution designs to senior leadership, including Directors, VPs, and CIOs.
• Design and implement automation strategies using modern test technologies.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical solutioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA strategy and execution for large programs.
• Experience with SaaS product implementations such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, or Majesco.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-level test architectures.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
• Background in implementing automation strategies and modern testing frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience testing Guidewire implementations.
