Description

Act as a functional lead for the Guidewire Suite, driving solution strategy and Application Evolution Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and functional specification development.
• Own user story creation, process flows, UI mockups, and data mapping within Guidewire frameworks.
• Manage ITIL processes including Incident and Problem management while tracking SLAs.
• Drive proposal development, resource planning, project workflows, and billing.
• Mentor junior staff and resolve client escalations to provide strategic advisory.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or functional leadership.
• Expert knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and SQL.
• Experience with Use Case development, SWOT analysis, Mindmapping, and PESTLE analysis.
• Ability to develop solutions for P&C lines including Auto, Home, Commercial, and Workers' Comp.
• Bachelor's Degree.
