Description

You will design and develop communication solutions using the Guidewire SmartCOMM platform, owning the full lifecycle from template creation to output configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using SmartCOMM modules, including Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler.
• Author business templates, layouts, stylesets, and enclosures based on functional requirements.
• Prepare XML data schemas and manage their mapping to the data model.
• Configure template selectors and output settings to trigger various channels and outputs.
• Generate interactive communications using the Draft Editor and conduct internal testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Contact Management (CCM) development.
• Extensive expertise in Guidewire SmartCOMM development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XSLT, and XML for template development and integration.
• Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of data integration models.
• Ability to create complex templates and manage output configurations.
