Description

Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementations and architectural design for Property & Casualty systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Guidewire integration components, including plug-ins, APIs, messaging, and business rules.
• Lead globally distributed teams through the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Document technical architecture and system diagrams for client-facing engagements.
• Own the integration of Guidewire PC with non-Guidewire Agent Portals to support independent agents.
• Manage multi-year end-to-end implementations and supporting Managed Services engagements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a Guidewire Architect role.
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead implementing P&C systems for US clients.
• 5+ years of experience in the P&C industry with deep product model knowledge.
• 3+ years of application architecture experience using micro-services.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire v9.x or v10.x for Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Expertise in Guidewire PC, BC, and CC integration and configuration.
• Proficiency with Guidewire Edge and APIs.
• Guidewire certification in version 10.x or v9.x/ACE.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Product Certifications in both configuration and integration.
• Experience working directly with Guidewire Professional Services.
