Description

Lead the design and execution of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the conceptualization and execution of solutions for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Develop reference architecture diagrams, blueprints, and system artifacts.
• Architect integration layers connecting Guidewire with third-party products like Hyland OnBase and LexisNexis.
• Implement scalable solutions using Guidewire Edge APIs, business rules, plug-ins, and microservices.
• Mentor globally distributed development teams on technical initiatives and high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Lead Architect implementing Guidewire InsuranceSuite for US Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Guidewire certification in version 10.x and Cloud (Banff).
• 8+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry with expertise in product models, risks, and coverages.
• 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, REST, SOAP Web Services, and UML modeling.
• Proven experience building integration layers with Hyland OnBase, LexisNexis, Experian, TransUnion, and Verisk.
• Experience leading globally distributed project teams.
• Extensive experience leading Agile and Agile Hybrid projects using Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire v10.x certification in configuration and integrations (Professional or ACE).
• Experience working with Guidewire Professional Services.
