Description

Act as a subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter implementations within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. You will analyze complex business and technical problems to recommend validated solutions that drive transformational change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business, technical, and system problems to recommend validated solutions.
• Conduct research and generate comparisons to drive transformational change aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to manage business, quality, and system analysis processes.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain relationships with practice owners to ensure consistency.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related work experience in business processes and insurance domains.
• Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter.
• Domain knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including rating, policy coverages, and endorsements.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong process analysis skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Ability to perform high-level technical and system problem analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving large-scale transformational change within an enterprise environment.
