Description

Lead the technical team for Guidewire ClaimCenter development, maintenance, and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technical team through development and support cycles.
• Provide expert-level production support, including troubleshooting batch issues and resolving critical P0 incidents.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Gosu, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter V10.
• Proficiency in Gosu.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with JUnit.
• Expertise in handling complex batch processing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotations.
