You will lead the design, development, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
• Translate complex business and project requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery.
• Mentor and coach developers to promote skill growth and continuous improvement.
• Own technical decision-making and manage communication with internal and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Expert level experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (8+ years).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration.
• 2–3 years in a lead or architect role demonstrating Technical Leadership.
• Strong experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience optimizing Guidewire performance and scalability.
• Guidewire Certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Java development experience.
• Experience in Technical Architecture & Design.
