Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and mentoring the development team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions and integrations.
• Translate complex project requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate collaborative team meetings to ensure alignment.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Manage stakeholder communication regarding technical decisions and project milestones.

Required Skills

• 8+ years total experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Advanced proficiency in Guidewire Integration.
• Expert proficiency in Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD) recommended.
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of job tenure in previous roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical architecture and design innovation.
