Description

You will lead end-to-end technical design and development for Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations.
• Mentor developers on Gosu, best practices, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define technical solutions.
• Review code, enforce quality standards, and ensure performance and security compliance.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and internal applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Expertise in Gosu programming language.
• Experience with Guidewire configuration, rules, and product model.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire data model and PCF.
• Experience with integration frameworks (Soap/REST, messaging).
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with build and deployment tools (Ant, Maven, Jenkins).
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
