Description

Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, technical architecture, and team delivery for P&C insurance products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop PolicyCenter solutions using Gosu, PCF, and the Product Model/APD.
• Design and implement integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on AWS and Azure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, and Product Model/APD.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS and Azure.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance domain and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Guidewire Cloud, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Guidewire certifications.
