Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions with hands-on technical leadership in configuration, Gosu development, and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for P&C insurance.
• Perform hands-on configuration, Gosu development, and PCF design.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure scalable, high-quality code delivery.
• Integrate PolicyCenter with external portals using REST/SOAP and manage data models.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices for Guidewire Cloud deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and Gosu development.
• ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations in Personal or Commercial Lines.
• Experience implementing PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS or migrating on-prem to SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and message queues.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance domain and product models (APD).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Guidewire Cloud, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform.
• Guidewire certifications.
