Description

Lead technical programs for Guidewire implementation and integration, managing end-to-end project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning and execution within Agile methodologies.
• Implement technical solutions to resolve complex architectural and integration problems.
• Refine technical requirements specifically for Guidewire suites.
• Oversee onsite-offshore project delivery and communication.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met during Guidewire product onboarding.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in technical project management and software development.
• Deep technical understanding of the Guidewire platform and its interwork.
• Proven experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Struts, or equivalent J2EE frameworks.
• Proficiency with REST, React.js, Redux, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Working knowledge of JQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Public cloud environments.
• Domain expertise in the Insurance industry.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience managing Guidewire insurance suites.
