Description

You will lead developer teams through large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations across personal lines product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive developer teams to solve complex business problems during large-scale Guidewire implementations.
• Develop implementation strategies for PolicyCenter across personal lines, including auto, property, and umbrella.
• Manage program risks, track progress, and produce status reports for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate global delivery teams across different geographical locations and manage task allocation.
• Identify reusable configuration components to improve project efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimsCenter implementations.
• Hands-on configuration and development experience using Gosu, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.
• Technical expertise in requirement analysis, detailed design, and application integration.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience implementing personal lines such as personal auto, property, and umbrella.
• Expertise in Guidewire transactions, job configuration, forms management, and account management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving critical technical requirements.
