Description

You will lead testing efforts for P&C Insurance implementations, focusing on Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead a testing team of 10 or more members.
• Validate testing for Forms, Underwriting (UW) rules, Product Model, and Rating premium.
• Execute testing across the full Policy Life cycle, including Policy change, Renewal, Cancellation, Re-instatement, and Rewrite Policy transactions.
• Manage quality assurance processes for Guidewire implementations.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of total professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Guidewire Test Lead.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Experience testing Policy Life cycle transactions.
• Experience testing UW rules and Rating premium.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Additional experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
