Description

Own functional, system, integration, and regression testing for Guidewire insurance applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test scenarios and cases for Guidewire transactions including New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatements, FNOL, and Claims lifecycle.
• Validate Guidewire configurations, workflows, business rules, and UI screens across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or ALM.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business analysts and developers.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in QA or Manual Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools: JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to test automation using Selenium or Playwright.
• API testing experience with Postman.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
