Description

You will provide second-level support for Metastorm (MBPM) workflows.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets within defined Turnaround Time (TRT).
• Manage application workflows and troubleshooting for Metastorm (MBPM).
• Support systems through rotation shifts, including AP and US shifts.
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and public holiday rotations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MSSQL.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of C#.
• Experience with .NET C# frameworks.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules.

Education

• Any Graduate.
