Description

You serve as the final technical authority for Google Workspace issues before escalation to L2 or Google Premier Support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex mail delivery failures across multiple domains and email authentication protocols.
• Conduct security investigations to identify malicious emails, file-sharing anomalies, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Design, audit, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules to prevent sensitive data exfiltration.
• Manage legal holds, data exports, and eDiscovery requests for HR and Legal departments via Google Vault.
• Administer identity synchronization between corporate Identity Providers and Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of advanced technical expertise in Google Workspace administration.
• Deep knowledge of MX Records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Vault, including legal holds and data export workflows.
• Proficiency in DLP policy creation and audit.
• Hands-on management of Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and Azure AD integrations.
• Ability to configure Chrome Browser Policies and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for corporate devices.
• Experience testing new Google Workspace features in sandbox environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Okta, AppSheet integrations, and Marketplace apps.
• Experience with Security Investigation Tools and API troubleshooting.
