Description

Lead validation testing lifecycles for Model N applications in the pharmaceutical domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own test effort estimation, resource planning, and demand/capacity management across all projects.
• Define test strategies and plans, including scope, approach, milestones, risks, and mitigation.
• Manage offshore testing teams through test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Execute functionality, smoke, integration, user acceptance, performance, regression, load, security, and installation testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to ensure adherence to SLA deliverables and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in GxP validation testing within the pharmaceutical domain.
• 3+ years of testing experience specifically with the Model N application.
• Proficiency with HP ALM or Code Beamer.
• Expertise in smoke and integration testing.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security and load testing methodologies.
