Description

You will manage and maintain Cloudera Hadoop (CDP) environments and cluster operations.

None of the work mode flags (remote, hybrid, on-site) are active; work mode is unspecified.

Responsibilities

• Install and migrate Cloudera Hadoop (CDP) environments.
• Integrate and manage Kerberized clusters with Active Directory.
• Configure High Availability (HA) setups and perform cluster tuning.
• Manage replication using Cloudera Manager and troubleshoot CDP cluster issues.
• Automate cluster setup, backups, data copies, and monitoring tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Cloudera Hadoop (CDP) installation and migration.
• Proven experience with Active Directory integration and replication.
• Deep understanding of Kerberized Hadoop clusters.
• Expertise in HA setup and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CDP cluster issues via Cloudera Manager.
• Experience with Python, Shell, or Ansible for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle DB.
