Description

You will provide L2 support for DAP Hadoop platforms and debug platform and application issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Hadoop platforms and resolve complex Hadoop-related issues.
• Automate manual tasks using Ansible or Python.
• Provide 24/7 L2 support for Big Data platforms during US hours.
• Troubleshoot and debug both platform and application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Hadoop administration.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Ansible for task automation.
• Strong debugging skills for Hadoop platforms and applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, Texas, 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HBase.
