You will implement Hadoop-based solutions and manage ecosystem components, focusing on data management and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Hadoop ecosystem components including MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Flume, and Oozie.
• Apply deep understanding of Hadoop internals to optimize data processing workflows.
• Manage and integrate data across Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, and Teradata environments.
• Ensure robust data management practices within the Hadoop architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hadoop implementation.
• Proficiency with MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Flume, and Oozie.
• Deep understanding of Hadoop internals and performance tuning.
• Experience managing data in Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, and Teradata.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java/J2EE implementation.
• Background in data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and ETL development.
