Description

You will design, build, and optimize large-scale distributed data platforms using Hadoop ecosystems, specifically HPE MapR. You are responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of these environments while resolving complex technical issues related to distributed systems and data storage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed data platforms using HPE MapR.
• Support and enhance Hadoop environments for high availability.
• Analyze complex software engineering challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Review long-term software engineering projects and contribute to solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with HPE MapR distributions.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cluster computing.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with Python, Java, Scala, or Bash.
