You will design, build, and optimize large-scale distributed data platforms using HPE MapR.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed data platforms using HPE MapR.
• Ensure high availability and performance of Hadoop environments.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to distributed systems and data storage.
• Analyze software engineering challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to long-term software engineering project solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with HPE MapR distributions.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cluster computing.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with Python, Java, Scala, or Bash.
• Ability to review and contribute to long-term engineering projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration on complex distributed systems.
