Description

You will build and manage data pipelines within a large-scale Hadoop ecosystem, owning ETL processes and data warehousing tasks across distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data workflows using Hive, Impala, and Sqoop.
• Execute complex data management tasks using Oracle Database and SQL.
• Write and optimize automation scripts using Python, Java, and Shell.
• Manage data warehousing and ETL processes across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Hive, Impala, and Sqoop.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Ability to write Shell scripts.
• Experience with COBOL.
• Understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking industry.
