Description

Design and maintain high-performing Hadoop clusters integrated with existing infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Hadoop cluster architectures.
• Monitor data sources and review log files for anomalies.
• Transfer code between environments and schedule jobs on the Hadoop cluster.
• Analyze clusters and big data analytic tools to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in big data environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hive and HBase.
• Experience designing and implementing Hadoop clusters.
• Proficiency with big data analytic tools.
• Knowledge of Parquet file formats.
• Familiarity with bz2 and Snappy compression techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
