Description

Manage and maintain large-scale data infrastructure with a focus on Kafka and Hadoop ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Kafka clusters and Hadoop environments.
• Execute data replication tasks and manage security protocols including Kerberos and SSL/TLS.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, Packer, and Terraform.
• Manage Linux systems and integrate with Active Directory.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system engineering.
• Strong Kafka administration and management expertise.
• Linux administration and management skills.
• Experience with data replication and security implementations (Kerberos, SSL/TLS, Active Directory).
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Packer, and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitoring expertise using Grafana and Prometheus.
