Description

Provide L2 support for DAP Hadoop platforms during US hours, ensuring stability and automating tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Hadoop platforms to ensure stability during US hours.
• Debug platform and application-level issues.
• Automate manual tasks using Ansible or Python.
• Provide 24/7 support for the Big Data platform.

Required Skills

• Experience debugging Hadoop platform issues.
• Proficiency with Python for automation.
• Experience with Ansible for task automation.
• Knowledge of DAP Hadoop platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HBase.
