Description

You will lead organizational change and functional transformations during SAP ECC to HANA migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC to HANA migrations by applying change management principles across people, processes, and technology.
• Drive finance system transformations involving SAP S4 HANA across finance, sales, and engineering functions.
• Develop communication materials including newsletters, videos, and infographics to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to track implementation progress and organizational readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational levels to influence project goals without direct authority.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Finance System transformations.
• Proven track record managing SAP ECC to HANA migration projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to design visual stories using intermediate graphic design skills.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and strategic communication.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe suite for visual storytelling.
• Experience managing change within M&A environments.
